Gluten Free Apple Walnut Bread
This is a great low-carb and gluten free apple walnut bread. Excellent for skin health, containing a lot of vitamin E and omegas 3 and 6; which are known to prevent a number of medical problems such as depression, cardiovascular disease, brain dysfunction, asthma and arthritis.You wouldn’t believe that it has no grains in it. Its moist, tasty and dense. Just lovely. I use it with cottage cheese, sprinkled in cinnamon and cottage cheese, or you could have it with Greek yoghurt and berries, nut butters or cream cheese.

This bread packs a nutritional punch. It is full of protein and has only 5g of carbohydrates per portion. You could just as easily omit the apple sauce.
