These healthy brownies are from a recipe adapted from Deliciously Ella’s first book How amazing do they look? Ella uses medjool dates, and sweet potatoes. Medjool dates are so luscious, but they are ridiculously expensive and can be a challenge to find. Therefore, I use regular dates.
