Ingredients
Many of the foods that I cook with have added health benefits. The benefit to you is enhanced recovery, boosted immunity and extra energy. Matcha is full of antioxidants, is a natural detoxifier, and can boost metabolism. Almonds are packed with vitamins, minerals, and fiber. Almond milk is often enriched with Vitamin D, which is associated with heart health, bone health, and improved immune function. Rose has a calming effect on the nervous system, making it a great stress and anxiety reliever. Lastly, raw honey is antibacterial and antifungal, making it a powerful ally in fighting infection, healing wounds, or even just soothing a sore throat. It is also a more natural sweetener than sugar.

Ingredients
- 1 tbs matcha powder
- 1 cup of almond milk
- 1 tsp of good quality rose petals
- 1 tbsp raw honey
Instructions
- Heat the almond milk and rose petals in a pan on low heat until warm, then stir in the honey and heat for another minute.
- Turn off the heat. Add the mixture and the matcha to a Vitamix (or other blender that can tolerate hot liquid) and blend for 30 seconds. You can also use a hand blender in the pan until the mixture is blended and and foamy.
